My son James and I managed to get some time in the salt water with our Minelabs
Him with his Excal and me with my Nox 800.
Stars and Salt breeze can heal even the oldest soul.... there-in lies the true Treasure....
So much ground to cover so little time....if you leave a target you never know what you might miss under that Beer Can...
I have been running the Minelab Equinox 800 in heavy salt completely submerged for about 100 hrs now....
It can be a powerhouse and is lighting fast..... Mine does not like lighting at all ...very sensitive machine...
Some machines handle lighting better than others all can have serious interferance with it and rightly so Hunting in Thunderstorms is not advised...But there are
always two sides to the coin.....Charged ground makes for deeper finds....Pirates knew only the dead walk the earth in the middle of natures fury.... to the Victors
belong the spoils....
I run in beach one any way possible in heavy salt with zero mineral auto tracking no discrimination iron Button punched iron full meter, read 50 tones 16-23 high Gain usually 23 juiced once in a while for quick wit 25 wide open in a field alone or breathing room.... Is it deep ..... It will hurt you if you are not strong...
i use the biggest scoop chucky makes... have for over 30 years ....the Chinese hate me and my son cause we dig deep and clean out the buffet when we eat Chinese.....Speaking of James he loves the hunt and he knows what its all about and he is a true Magic Man he makes his own luck with skill and Brawn...

I usually set and run my Nox with a user save of beach 2 noise cancelled and set to Clives Hot Beach program .... Thanks Clive for the program... i can switch between each other on the fly....
