first beach and water spin this a.m.

Took the ctx3030 out for a short morning spin on the bay to kinda get acquainted with this new heater.
Initially it seems to be much faster than my sepro.
The 5lbs does balance out well for me so far

GraveDiggerMax, you make a mean video! I loved it. If aluminum had never been discovered and the result was no airplanes, that would be fine by me.

Great video - thanks! Do either of your headphones shut off the external speaker when you plug them in?

I was hoping you would bust out some of that hord and buy one Max. Because i knew if you did we would get some great feed back and an even better video.

Nice Video Max, Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Max for the video. Look forward to your spins with the new heater. Keep up with you every day on you tube. Will be keeping up with you thoughts on the CTX I know you tell it like it is. I am still thinking about one got the blisstool instead right now. Will see how things go with you the next few weeks then I may have to have one. Sold my Etrac great detector just balance was so bad that about three hours and I was done. Looks like the CTX may be better.

Great video Max as usual. Taking mine to Florida next week.along with my trusty Excall. Good luck with your new toy. HH :minelab:

Max is a no BS guy and what you see is what you get. A fair and unbiased review from the man that brought the Minelab FBS machine to the world of water! I can't wait to see his daily reports on how this new machine does in the real world!

Good job Max!

Good stuff Max. I appreciate your taking the time to take us through your hunt, target by target. And glad to hear the weight was not an issue. About the aluminum...... you hit it on the head when you said that's the way it is on the beach. But I would encourage you to try running Auto Sensitivity instead of manual. Even if you bump it up +2 or so, it seems to keep the TID more stable on all targets. Especially "odd shaped" aluminum. At least with a more stable TID, you'd have a better sense of what it is, before you scoop it up. If you'd give that a try and let us know it compares to your manual setting, I'd appreciate it! Thanks again for the video. HH Randy
