Almost didn't make it out today, but I went first to a spot that is very heavy trash area. Big mistake with a new detector, found two dime and a nickel, along with a load of signal even 3-4 inches.
Well I figured I should go easy on myself & stay in the small playground area in town. Much better for learning MD, found 48 coins of the other usual odd-ball stuff, already getting use to how the GTI 2500 works.
The imaging system of size & depth is sure nice, yes I dug up lots of trash so I get the feel for how coins and multiple targets are reading.
WoW sure beats the old ace 100 I was using and the depth is way deeper. Was getting hits 12" down, but didn't want to dig up clay to mix with sand.I got through about 2/3 of this play ground, I'll finish then move to another, makes for good easy practice, not too much trash and easy digging.
