Not that hardly anybody ever comes in this forum but for the few that do I figured that I'd post this link. It has some pretty good information on how to shoot fireworks with a digital camera. There are a couple of additional articles linked at the bottom of the page too.

this site is so dead. Heck the way the Gov promotes it, it ought to be jumping <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol"> I wonder if he ever comes here <img src="/metal/html/shocked.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":shock">

... that I might as well just email my posts to you. I mean why take up space on Guv's server if no one is coming in here. <img src="/metal/html/frown.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":(">

interactive site where we can teach and learn from eachother.
When a person goes to the trouble to take a picture, run it through their photo program and then post it or if they offer helpful hints to improving our pictures,it just seems to me that the rest of us could acknowlege the efforts.
There are just a handful that respond to the efforts and there are sure a hell of a lot more that look. If the pictures suck, say so and why you think they are. If they are good, say so.
That way we can all learn

When you tell someone "nice picture" and they don't even have the decency to say thank you! <img src="/metal/html/wink.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=";)"> <img src="/metal/html/tongue.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":b">

look down to see what you were talking about. I be bad but as a sideways excuse, I have not been around for a while and had not even seen the replies to my pan

I wish I had more time to do some photo editing and posting but it's been pretty hectic at the shop lately. I do enjoy the pictures that you, Nim and the others post in here and hope you guys keep it up. You guys take pride in your work and I can appreciate that. Anybody can take a picture and stick it in here but I like to see the ones who have went the extra mile to make the photo all it can be. Keep up the good work!
