firefighters convention badge

Can't tell you a thing about it, but boy is it neat. Firefighters had state conventions with dress uniforms and department competitions.
Sure is a cool badge. Nice find!
 
Wag, I am in Texas and I found a website for San Angelo's firefighters association. I sent the president an email along with the link to your post. Hopefully he will know something about it. I will let you know if he email's me back with some info.

I also sent the email to the San Angelo's fire chief.
 
Here's the response I got so far.

Looks like a pretty neat find. I will see if I can find anything out about it. Angelo State University has a pretty extensive collection called the West Texas Collection that has memorabilia from San Angelo that goes back a hundred years. I will email you if I find anything out.
