I finished the field I have been detecting, pulled a few more nice relics. Here is a picture of an unusual part of the field where the grass grows better. In the middle of the picture is a nice round area about 8
 
That's an astonishing range of finds together. Wonderful job you did and great pictures too! The soil where the grass is growing quickly might just contain the oxen who's shoes you found. Perhaps the extra nitrates are helping !

I could not lock on to the target and new something was there other than iron, LOL. I detected this field for 3 years with my XLT and it did a great job, the Minelab XT70 is cleaning it up. HH, Mike
