Fine Engineers

I would like to say a word or two about Glenn and Jeff Foster over on the DFX Forum and others. These are two fine very knowledgeable professional engineers that we are fortunate to have on the forums. Jeff recently published a book on the DFX, Glenn contributes greatly on this and the other Minelab Forum so both are guys to listen to when they pontificate. They are two bright men that devoted years to their profession and I so very much appreciate communicating with them. MattR is a retired engineer in the UK that has also published many books and articles on detecting and another great contributor. We all know Andy and his works and how much he is appreciated. I believe Andy is also an engineer and has or is working on a book on the Quattro. We do think highly of their efforts and the time they take to help guys like me and others to better understand detectors. I can think of few things that are more valuable than their books and posts in understanding our detectors.
That in no way takes away from the many users and great technicians that post and help us as we gain insight and experience with our detectors. So my hats off to all for your great contributions to my store of knowledge about a hobby I love. This makes my retirement years so much more enjoyable.
Have a great one,
HH, Cody
