Well today was a little different day. I was plagued with a bunch of really small Watch Batteries. My Detector loved them and reported them as real deep Nickles. I dug everyone of them then had trouble finding them. Best find of the day was a Matchbox Dirt bike. My Son was excited about it. When I washed it off it fell apart in my hands. The Pins that held it together along with the Axles had rusted away.
I did manage to find some Modern Clad and this 1947D Wheat Penny. But the oldest find was this Buffalo Nickle. It has no date on it but it is plainly a Variation 1 which was made in 1913.
