I found a set a couple weeks ago and didn't know what they were. Others on the beach recognized them. Try a search on the internet. They are called a grille and are popular with the rapper crowd. The set I had was just gold plated. They are a bit of a fashion statement and are removable. I guess the waves removed that set. Some can be quite expensive.
