FINDS OF THE DAY

Had a pretty good day today. After walking around in the playground at the school, I think I found more in the grassy area on the walk back to the truck. It was like I hit coin after coin in the grass. :detecting: I was showing a friend of mine how fun it is to find stuff other people have lost. I think he is hooked now. He's talking about selling a few RC cars in order to buy a metal detector.

Forgot to post picture......must be the sun getting to me from today.

You didn't do to bad the main thing is FUN, I see you did find some jewelry to go with the coins, I would say a great day! Tell your friend good luck on selling his RC cars, unless the market still up out there. I've got several nitro RC 10 trucks I'v been trying to sell out here and people want them for nothing

Those playgrounds are fun to hunt and you got quite a few items. Your friend will have a detector in no time. It's contagious!!!! Thanks for sharing your finds. HHS to all, Nancy

My friend asked me how well does my MXT-300 pick up on items under the ground. About an hour into hunting around, I picked up on a signal and it pinpointed at 4 inches deep. I took my Bullseye and started probing the hole. I would get the signal and then lose it, then find it again. I knew I was looking at something that was junk, but now it was a mission to find out what it was. It turned out to be a staple. He then turned to me and said "I gues that thing finds everything, even a needle in the hay stack." :detecting:
