Finds of the day

went to a old elementary school today, found mostly clad.
i noticed there was some construction going on near the football field, like they were making a bigger parking lot or something. so i was thinking hmm might be a good place to look. i was detecting in there like 5 mins and had a target penny/dime and bouncing to quarter on the xlt screen. so i dug down like 6" and i found what looked like a old coin but couldnt see anything on it. i kept detecting and got no more hits, so i went home ran some water on the coin to remove the dirt and i could see a face on 1 side and the word one cent on the back. got the ole magnifying glass out and sure enough, was my first large cent. made my day
i went back there like a hour later after getting some lunch.
i was walking down to the site about 50 feet from where i found the large cent, and had a hit and dug it. looked like another old coin about the size of a penny, so i got to the spot. and after raising ac sens, vdi, and preamp, i found 2 more large cents and something that looks like a old token or something. went home ran them under some water to remove the dirt and sure was 2 more large cents, and the little coin i could bearly see some writing on it.
if any one could tell me how to clean these up or what to use to get them in better shape id appreciate it.
sorry for the long post, and my camera sucks, the top 2 pics are of the token i can see words all around it, im guessing it is a token. its lighter than the one cent pieces :wiggle:
HH :detecting:

the town where i found the coins is like 10 minutes from my house, and was established in the 1700's. and saw action from the war of 1812.
