Had a free day to search for treasures and found a few interesting relics. The ground is like concrete everywhere I've been lately. No rain since the end of June. Found: a 1960 dime, a violin pin, a dog licence tag, a Great Seal button made by the B. Pasquale Co. San Francisco, a belt buckle made by the Waterbury Buckle Co, a Fun-N-Games token, wheat cents of 1919, 1928, and 1958, a U.M.C.Co. 12ga shell, a Staff Sergeant pin, a wrist watch movement, a large and heavy medal (probably UIL), a brass plate etched with the name Warren Allen Wilson, backwards, and a pendant from the B.P.O.E. (Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks). It hangs upside down so the wearer can see it? Haven't found another on line like it.
