A couple of interesting things were uncovered at these three sites. In the first pic, the fob and the emblem are both from Bridgeport, Conn. and found close to each other. Still looking for info on the 21hp Bridgeport marine engine. The 1960s pipe came out of the ground while digging one of the other objects. The 1902 IH was near the Bridgeport items. In the second pic, found a pink Firestone spark plug. It must be old. There's a sterling thimble, a 1941 Merc, and a 1956 Roosevelt. Wheats are 2-1918s, 1920, 1925S, 1927D, 1929S, 1940S, and 1952D. The Buffalo is a 1934D. The butter knife is merely plated. The third pic has a foreign coin spill from Australia, Panama, and Malaya. The belt buckle is cool, but part of the star is missing. Thanks for looking and good luck out there.

cool finds ! that little buckle in the 3rd pic do you know what it went to? ive found those here in calabash n.c

That buckle could be Maine militia or Texas or Mississippi, (probably not) but could you post more pics? It does not look like the right kind of metal or mold but if it is, then you have a great piece! Either way, it is a nice dig!!!

Here's some better pics of the belt plate. I haven't researched it yet, but I hope you are right! It's silver-plate over brass.
