Hunted this new spot that kept me busy digging for a while. Found 14 wheats from 1918 to 1955. A 1902 IH. A 1917 Buffalo Nickel along with another dateless, and 2 silver nickels from 1943P and 1943S. A silver 1963 dime. An aluminum 25c token from Barton Brothers in Bertram, Texas. An aluminum Crystal White soap token. A brass John Adams token. An aluminum Red Goose Shoes play dime. A brass Japanese coin. A rear bicycle reflector made by Charles Gulotta. A Tootsietoy Wedge Dragster. A Basco car key. An old brass pencil sharpener. A couple of mangled, fired, lead bullets. Lots of shells including the cool U.M.C.CO. 10ga. Also found some eyeballed goodies such as the plastic Whimpy and the WWII fighter plane. Thanks for checking it out.

What a awesome collection! Those are the days I really enjoy. In the pic I see a lead gun with a tamping end where the handle would be. That's a tobacco pipe tamper, if you didn't know. Thought I'd point that out. Really rare and can be worth some cash possibly!

Thanks for the info Flanaganj25. That's the third on I've found and have wondered what they actually were.

Nice assortment of finds there. Looks like you had some fun at that site.

The brass reed thing right above the pipe tamper is the world famous reed valve for pump organs! Find them all the time around old one room school properties! If you look at the square end there is a musical note stamped on it.

great collection, the tokens to me are just as valuable as most old coins or more so in my mind. Always love finding any kind of older token. CB

WOW ! how often do you ever find :clapping:a honey hole like that

You have found yourself a wonderful hunting spot!
