Finds in Denmark

Found this 1 Skilling (shilling) from 1614 in my own back yard. It is a hand hammered coin made of brass. It was my first find with the Minelab Quattro MP I bought in November 2005.
It is a pretty rare coin, but as it is still "young" compared to our history in Europe, I am allowed to keep it, as a memory of the first time out with a Minelab detector. :)

That's amazing that you found that right in your own back yard. Boy if yards could talk, wouldn't that be interesting. Great find, especiall for your first find. I think your gonna love your Quatro. Marc Trainor, from California.
