Finds from last couple hunts.

Here is what I found the last couple times I went out. Just hunted some local parks and played around with the settings. The ring is junk I think, it did ring up in the nickel range.

Wow, look at those nickels................ just a matter of time before you will have gold in your pouch Bill.........:clapping:

I have gotten rid of more than one detector because it was not good on nickels......;o) This one seems to be doing a good job on them.

That looks like my yearly total! Man, that must be fun. I have to give up on the castle hunts for a bit and just go to a place frequented by people to start some regular digging.

Congrats!

You guys have and use the large denomination coins! (Talk about the possibility of paying for equipment fast!) Wish we'd buck up and switch over to our existing $1 coins. Instead...we keep with the dollar bill, produce dollar coins too, people save them because they don't see 'em much (Because others are doing the same.), the Mint keeps producing them to fill up containers in drawers and cupboards. This has been going on for well over a decade....enough already!

Stop making the paper $1 and we will be digging these a lot! Plus....it is nice to dig into your pocket and pay for a $4 item quick.

I have only found a handful of dollar coins in the last 4 years or so. They need to produce some $10 and $20 coins so we can start finding them......:)

You know, I hadn't thought of that! You are right. My neighbor got like 300 Euro last year by just going to a local swimming hole. He must have found some one and two Euro coins. They are very much in circulation as well. I did some air tests on them and all the coins from .10 to 2 Euro hit at 50 to 62 VDI. The one, two and five cent coins were all in the iron range (perfect!). eheh

I have to start searching parks and the like. But note, These coins have only been in circulation for 10 years or so.

Those are some good finds for hard ground and this heat! The V looks like its producing coins well! I told a friend at work I was going to hook up a air chisels to my scuba tank to dig with.
