These are my finds from 9/5/04. They include melted lead, fired lead, fired and dropped round balls, 1 .58 cal. 3-ring minie that has chunks cut out of it, 4 percussion caps and a brass object that ressembles a belt or strap adjuster. This object has a patent date of march/8/1864. Can anyone tell me anything about this object? <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">
