My ear infections have cleared up enough so I had to go diggin'!!! :biggrin: I managed to dig an assortment, 4 fired Gardners, 2 fired 3-ringers, 2 dropped Smith carbines, 1 carbine with rebated base that I haven't identified yet and 4 balls. The soil at this site isn't very friendly to lead, I had to scrub and scrub and scrub some more and they're still cruddy lookin'!! Thanks for viewing and HH!!

Great finds Scott. It's too hot down here to stay in the woods very long but I can stay in them swimming holes for 4-5 hours at a time as long as we are finding stuff...d2
