Went to a local park today for a couple hours. Set my CZ-3D to settings recommended from help offered here on the forum. Attached is a photo of todays finds. Found a 2001 25c piece,1995D penny,2008D penny,2005D dime and a $1 Mexican piece :thumbup:all within 1" to 2" of surface.Deepest pieces found were a padlock and piece of small copper tubing at 4". Various other scrap pieces found at 2" to 3" depths. Not spectacular but found some coin thanks to forum help.Marked other hits but getting used to the CZ`s tones and they sounded like same tones on my junk finds, besides wrist was getting tired :stretcher:trying to dig thru this rock hard dry Texas soil with gator digging tool. Next time I`ll take some dynamite ( just kiddin). :rofl:This NUB to hobby says thankyou to forum for offered CZ tuning help.:clapping:

That's a good representative spread TD...

If your coil would have passed over a ring, you would have gotten a signal.

That's as good as you can do...

If the machine is working well, it comes down to location, location, location!
and luck of the draw!
