Finds after a week of rain

I use the Paint application. On the top where it says Image, pick Stretch and Skew. Then in the size choices I put the same percentage in both the horizontal and vertical and save the picture. If I start with a file size of about 1.2 M and enter 50% in each I end up with a file size of about 260 K. Adjust as needed.
I am sure there are a lot of other ways to do it too ... I find Paint to be easy.
