Finding u.s. nickles

I used to use a xp deus 1 and nickles were always on one number. Now While I am out with the XP Deus 2 I find that a nickle will come in higher and other times a little lower, sometimes not at all.
I had a friend of mine with the xp deus 1 and he went over a area and called me over to see what my machine would read. I went over the area he pointed out and got no reading at all, while he got a reading of a nickle.

First thing to do is check your settings. I had no problem with nickels or pulltabs..

For me the D2 WS6 is a killer on nickels. Usually 62-63. I dig lots of nickels! 64-65 tends to be pull tabs . I try to dig all 60-63 numbers.

I run Sensitive Full Tones all the time. For me I am used to the audio that is so discriptive.
