it seems like the snow is gonna leave just as fast as it got here. The very mild temps the last couple of days have really done a number on the ground cover. I just had to get out and hunt somewhere. I tried a snow hill hunt at the local park but all I got there was the beer can and two beer caps, so I decided to try the parking area, however the mild temps during the day with the below freezing over night made the only places I could dig in the lot were the iced over puddles. That got old pretty quick so plan three took me along side asphalt parking areas in the main park....a bit of crust on top but the digging was very good and started finding some cash...but time was at a premium and I had to go...too bad I hadnt started there first...but I really wanted to find some snow loot! Anyway, it was great to be swinging and digging again..
