Finally! Some Nice Ice!!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

I decided to go for a wavewalk tonight, it was hot and muggy here today and I thought it would be a great way to cool off. The Princess said "Oh, I don't mind" in that way that women have of saying one thing and meaning the opposite. I said "Thanks Babe, Love Ya!" and I was gone. (Never give a Pirate an Inch or Else:lol:)
Down to the beach I went and there were some friends out for a swim as well so we chatted for a while and then I got down to it. It was mighty quiet, I checked the usual cuts, not much there. Found a few Nickels, darn they sound good when they've gotten a little crusty.
Finally decided to go deep in an area that has never produced much but I thought 'What the Heck' a couple of swings later WHOOMPP!!, Oh Boy I Like the Sound of That. 3 scoops down later up comes this pretty baby, finally a nice ladie's ring with some nice ice and it's even Sapphire (the Princess' Favorite)
She wasn't pouting when I dropped this ticket in her hot, little hand; CLAIMED!:cool:

Dinner Time,

The ring is 18k, the clarity is very good on all the stones and I would estimate the diamonds at between 1/4 and 1/3 carat, with 1/3 to 1/2 carat for the sapphire. This baby won't be making it to the treasure chest, it's stuck on the Princess' finger and won't come off.:lol:
GN All:goodnight:

PS - Anybody interested in a nice 42 ft. 1959 Chris Craft Constellation? She's sitting on the hard in Michigan and I can't bring her to Bermuda so I've got to do the right thing and let her go to a good home, before she starts to rot. Breaks my heart as she's a good boat. Just made the decision to sell her tonight, after the marina called to ask me what I was going to do with Captured Hearts.

n/t

Mainly because most people abandon them and then they have to grind them up into wood chips.

I've been around boats a long time and marinas even longer and I have never heard that fish tale before. I will be very particular about who I pass Captured Hearts along to.

Those stones look larger than your guess. Here is a link to a diamond size chart. Just remember to measure in MM. A digital or dial caliper makes it fairly accurate.

I'll have to wait until the princess wakes up to take measurements as it is still on her finger. Time to hit the sack myself, should have crashed hours ago but couldn't sleep.
