They told me at least 6-8 months after back surgery,will I see any noticeable improvement,maybe more,because I'm 60.On February 20th,it will be 3 months,since my back surgery.I must say,after much physical therapy,stretching and walking,I am just TODAY,seeing any noticeable improvement....I am having to re-train and re-strengthen everything from my waist down,that I have not been able to use for at least four years.It has been VERY painful,and seemes like it will never get better.BUT NOW:I am feeling my strength and flexibility returning,a little bit at a time,one step at a time.Thank you for the prayers and well wishes,and please keep me in your prayers for the future.I'M GETTING THERE,AMEN!!!!
