I dug my first seated coin of the year today. It is also the first time I've ever dug a seated coin in a park. The rest have all been field or yard finds. It's rough, to say the least, but I'll take it! It IDed nothing like silver, but after digging my second 1902 Barber Dime of the day I was in a good mood and really chased an iffy signal and was rewarded nicely!
I hunted with with my friends Tony and Chris today. Chris had to leave around noon, but Tony and I kept at it. We hunted a LOT of spots today. We even saw a fight in a rougher neighborhood, so of course we got back in our cars and left quickly.
Finds:
1884 Seated Dime
2 1902 Barber Dimes
2 Indian Heads (1887, 1892)
25 Wheats
