AT LAST!!!!!! I went out hunting at a beach north of here this morning. I got a ring right off the bat, looked well made, but no markings, stone obviously glass. Then close to the end of the hunt I found a 14K ring!! After I got back to the Zipper car, I got to looking at the other ring, dang, no flaking, no sign of plating wearing through. A long drive back, heavy with anticipation.
I got my Mizar tester out, WHAM, BAM!!!! solid 10K ring!! I like the style enough to have a different stone set in it, then resize it to a pinkie ring. Got enough index rings. Anyhow, it made the day, heck, the week for me!!!:bouncy:
The photo of the ring upside down shows its obviously a glass stone, You're looking at the mat under the ring through the setting.
