and took the plunge. I am currently waiting patiently for the new Sovereign GT that Ron at Rons Dixie Metal Detectors has hooked me up with. Hope to be posting some finds of my own soon, here on the forum.

Welcome to the club from one GT nubee to another! I'm still working and scratching my head and figuring out this marvelous machine.

It does take awhile to get used to. I used to have an xs and I loved it.
It's the main reason I chose another sovereign. I had to sell it about 7 years ago and havn't had a detector since, so I'm sure that it will be like starting over again.
