Finally got to the park that was loaded over the weekend. Didn't find what I expected but made out okay..

Think the bums and the homeless that hang out there walked the park after the crowds left and picked up all the fresh drops. It rained Sunday night and Monday morning so didn't get to the park till 2 PM Monday afternoon. Got about four bucks plus trinkets, a scroungy SAC, a Puerto Rican coin of 5 something, religious pendant, token, and a piece of jewelry. So the trip wasn't completely wasted.

Lots of pocket drops for you nonetheless.
Looks like good finds:thumbup:

:usaflag:Nice..What is the coin with the liberty bell on it?

Tell us the truth. You're planting all those Sacs aren't you? Does the mass transit system where you live use them as tokens? Puerto Rico uses US money, btw. Recheck that coin.

I like the medal with Madonna and Child best of all. Nice hunt, master.

Nice Finds ! better than nothing.It seems like where I am park his in heavy use also.It kind of makes it hard to find a time where you search it with out a bunch of people.:thumbup:

You're right my sharp-eyed bud. It's scroungy and hard to read. Don't know why I said Puerto Rico since they belong to us. Must have had a brain fart. It's 5 Colones from Costa Rica. Ever seen one? It's a new one for me.

You're right my sharp-eyed bud. Must have had a brain fart. Anyone with the IQ of an amoeba knows Puerto Rico belongs to us but this coin is scroungy and hard to read. It's actually a 5 Colones from Costa Rica. Ever seen one? It's a new one for me and I've got foreign coins from everywhere.. As for the SAC I don't know. They just seem to pop up from time to time and if I was going to plant one I'd plant one of my purty ones instead of this cruddy specimen.. :) Think the kids use them in vending machines.

What's the coin to the left of the padlock that has an eagle and 20 stars around it. Nice variety of finds for one afternoon.

It's a token. Doesn't have a business name on it just "No Cash Value" on the other side.. It's heavy like a regular coin.

Nice hunt!:garrett::detecting:Good clad haul!:clapping:Nice finds!:thumbup:Thanks for sharing!:)
I second what Mick said/asked:wiggle:Happy Hunting!:)

Yeah I've been out with it a couple of times for short periods due to our lousy weather. Our weather is now turning nice so I'll be able to get out with it more to different places. When I test something I take it out numerous times to different areas, conditions, soil conditions, etc. Just the way I do things, not like some of these guys that read the manual, go out and hunt their backyard for 30 minutes, then whip up a field test. :rofl: When I test a new detector I'll go to a dozen or so different places and spend a minimum of 60-80 hours with the machine before writing a field test. So it'll be a few days before I have much to say about it.
