Finally got to Minelab!

Woo Hoo! They finally called me back! It only took them two months but they did it! From what the lady told me, they are in the middle of a move to Chicago, like some are saying here at Findmall. They also went through some sort of computer change last week. She also mentioned to me that the rumors that are going around about their parts being made in Malaysia are not true at all. She said that all parts are made in Australia and will always be made in Australia. Sounds like they are a busy company right now. They do check out the forums and read what people are saying about them. Let's hope they get it together soon! Oh yeah, it's about a 30 day turn around once your machine is received. Good luck guys! Thanks for lettin us know they have not fallen off the face of the planet and that they read the posts about there great products and worrisome service. A few years back they did some work on an XS for me and the service was excellent to say the least. I have been disappointed to read the recent misgivings about them not being up and at it and how long it is taking to get some response to there "people" by that I mean us buyers who love there product. Hope your post is a sign of things to come for the better.

NP. Yeah, lets hope they do get it going in a hurry like they say they will. 30 days is long time to wait for my machine to get back. I don't know if I can handle that. I need to get me an explorer II as a back up machine!
