And the ground is nice and wet... I got out today to search around an old school that yielded some great finds back earlier this year before it got hot and dry.
Judging by today's finds, there seems to still be some goodies here.
I believe the 1935 Buffalo nickel is the best one I have ever found with a clear date.... could read it right out of the hole.
I'll be going back soon!!

You had a fantastic day Felix!! That Buffalo is in very nice condition considering how they usually appear. Poor Mr. Mercury he got his lights punched out :ROFLMAO::LOL:
So sad it he looks to be in excellent condition.
 
Need rain around my area badly, even the Lesche shovel stops at about 3” down die to dead dry and clay. Nice finds!
 
Nice finds I hit a 60’s school that’s literally a minute from my house for a little bit got one silver and some clad
