[/img] Did not think I was going to get out this year with all the snow.Found a place this winter researching a older ball field most of the grass is laying flat for now, worked a area without snow with the 6 inch coil lots of crap there just the way I like it.3 Indians 95 97 04 one barber dime 1908 and a merc 1929 two buffalo's no dates.Hands got cold today still a little froze out there put in 4 hours Indians came in at 6 to 7 inches barber dime at almost 8 inches merc at 6 inches buffalo's at 4 inches. I did a small area here and this place is going to be good just got to beat the weeds before they come up.No wheat's here whats up with that I'm sure they will show in the next time I'm there. This ball field been closed for 60 years did not find a pull tab going to be fun digging low conductors there without the pull tabs.I hope the weather holds out because I'm going back tomorrow.

Great hunt! I'll take Indians over wheats any day!

Congrats on a nice assortment of keepers. Keep hitting that spot while the conditions warrant. Old man winter has been very unpredictable this year. HH Randy

Sounds like you've researched one heck of a good place for some great finds. No pull tabs?

If the grass gets too tall, mow it. Sounds worth it.

Good luck Sube!

Snowing again turning to rain o well going to have to wait. Was nice to get out .sube
