Finally got out today. Wife and I went to a picnic grounds near a local lake. Found loads of pull tabs, some bottle caps, a round dome shaped thingamig a 199_ can't read the last number lincoln and a 2005 quarter...not much but a bad day of detecting is better than a good day working...oh wait...I am retired and don't do that work thingy anymore. Pic too big to load darn it.

ANY stuff is good stuff!!

heres hoping that the rest of the
season is better ! It WIll be!!!

Glad you got out to detect and enjoy being out with your wife. You are right about better than working (I work at an Adult Foster Care and getting kicked in the shin makes me want to go detecting even more and work even less). HH and hope you find more treasures and less trash.

Pete, the two of you have something in common other then detecting ... he retired from a form of Adult Care, but as Chief of Police he took those who kicked him to jail ;-)
