Finally got a beach/shallow water machine

After much research and thinking about what i would be truly doing, I settled on a Minelab Sovereign GT. From everything i have read it will work very well on the beach as well as in shallow (keep the box out of the water dummy...LOL) surf. Came with the 10in. coil. Any input from the experienced hunters would be of great help. Also I got the factory hip mount bag. It seem very flimsy. Does anyone know of a better (after market) bag/cove being made. I would really like to find a neoprene one if such a beast is made.

Hi Bill and congrats on the new machine! There just happens to be a page on this forum that I booked marked telling how to rig a bag up.
