Finally Found Fall Hunt Time - One Interesting Pendant

Had some time last Tuesday morning and it was a gorgeous fall day here in Minnesota. I was in a community about 36 miles from home where there is a large public park next to a big lake. This park has been detected to death, so I was pretty surprised and pleased to come across this deep silver-like signal and the following interesting piece. It signaled as a deep quarter with digital readings mostly at 00 29, and a hint that it was silver. I didn't recall hearing any kind of nickel sound, or seeing any nickel numbers. I believe it is silver around the nickel as it came out of the ground looking great. Even the nickel was not discolored. Also found five wheat pennies, the oldest a 1927D. Thanks for looking.

It was a nice day again yesterday, and I was travelling north of home. I stopped at a county fairgrounds that usually yields a little, and it didn't disappoint. It was only a little but I found a 1907 Barber dime, a silver ring with a black stone, a 1948D wheatie, and the usual amount of clad. This fairgrounds has also been worked extensively by good metal detectorists, such as James, who posts regularly here. Have you been hunting at all lately? Finding anything? Thanks again.
