Finally did some relic hunting with the AT PRO

JOE in MD

New member
I got out with a friend for about 2 hours and I did get 7 bullets, NOW all the bullet's sounded good except for one target( came in iffy). My friend located a few targets at first with his (brand X) and I would check them. All targets came in solid except one, That one I could not even get a reading on the meter. This is only my second time out with the PRO so I don't know if I had the settings right or it would just not pick up the target. I did run the sens all the way and scurbed the ground with NO falsing at all!!!!!! I do know he said if he didn't know his detector he would not have dug it either it was deep. It just broke the threshold sound. All in all I'm pleased with it operations and by the way I did smoke him on finds!!! My 7 bullets to his 3 or 4. I will be taking it Colonial hunting soon, I will keep you all posted. I can't wait to see what it does in the water.. I like my PRO!!!!!!! in the second picture the bullett is just to the right of that brown leaf.

Nice hunt! Good to see some relic hunts being posted.iffy deep signals may not always be picked up by a detector depending on what the iffy signal actually is.

Nice relic hunt. Love them bullets. The AT pro is a good relic detector been hunting with two buddies one has F75 other has V3 have been finding as much or more than them and digging a lot less nails and iron type trash. It will hunt with the big dogs for sure. I also own both detectors mentioned too and have been hunting with my AT every time out here
lately. The more I use it the more I like the audio.
