Finally decided on a MD

After alot of research and permission from the wife/boss/accountant lol, I decided on a Minelab 305.Special thanks to Richard at Backwoods Detectors for working with me on this much anticipated purchase.I recently posted here for advice on a MD(thanks for the feedback). I had used a Garrett 1350 for quite some time but had to sell it due to my employer closing down and me with no job.Anyway, got a new job and wanted to get back into MD'ing as soon as possible.I read alot about the Minelabs and like what they bring to the table. The 1350 was a great machine but would get a little heavy after an hour or so of swinging. The Minelab is going to be much lighter and is using a more up-to-date technology.
