file extension converts

Help, my grandson sent a file to me with a .iep extension. I couldn't open it. I wrote him and he said it was made with a program for his intel webcam. It was pics of him for his grandmothers birthday yesterday. Any ideas on where to get a converter or viewer for this program. I am waiting a reply from him on with model of cam he has. Thanks.
 
Think .iep is for Intel Email Postcard, anyone have a program to open these, other then the program with a intel camera?
