File conversion problem.

I have a kodak digital camera and want to know how to change it from mov. file to avi. file.Does anybody know how to do that or can it be done at all?
 
Do a google search (http://www.google.com) and look for ".mov to .avi converter" You will find a lot of free/semi-free converters on-line. I would look for something that was open source. Far, far less likely to get a lot of spyware with the download.

But, yes, you can do it. (I work in still so I don't have a pet converter for movie files).
