Figured Out How To Do Better Close Ups, So Here's Some Buttons/Tokens I'm Trying To ID...

Somebody gave me a tip to use a loop to get non-fuzzy close ups with my digital camera. Works great, or at least much better than what I was able to do before, so here's a few buttons and a Kendall Oil token I plucked out as a quick test of the loop/lens deal on my camera...

Also, real close up pics of each item in the "WhatIzIt?" forum here asking about the history...

I'm looking to find out any history/value of any of this stuff. Doubt they have any value but it never hurts to dream a little. In particular the two buttons with the LSMS initials I suspect are from the railroad maybe?

Been busy elsewhere with some you tube video editing and a few other matters I needed to attend to, but I've got some stuff to post when I get caught up here on a few loose ends in another day or two...

Very nice stuff. Not being a smart-aleck but, did you mean, "loupe"? Here's what I use for close-ups. The glass is 5X. I got the holder at Harbor Freight pretty cheap.

Nope, I didn't mean loupe because "loop" is hard enough for me to spell right as it is. Thanks for the info. I have one of those deals from Harbor Tool with a large magnifier and alligator holders for doing small soldering work on boards and such. Really helps to have an extra set of hands like that when you are trying not to screw something up.
