Figure this one out

At about 50 miles from impact area the storm was already sending all the rain to north Texas,and to other states which showed 3-5" of rain.When it hit Port O'conner it went over Victoria and for hours all we got was 4 tenths of an inch Needless to say 'Where is the down pour "?Went to sleep ,but woke up and the gauge showed 2.5"it must have been a slow rain,well still thankful for any amount its all gone and headed north.Hmmmm my rain dance must have been awful
