Hello all, I picked this "decanter" up at an estate sale 3 or so years ago, and haven't had any luck IDing it on the internet. It appears to be made of ceramic with a baked on finish, the head is a cork stopper, and the only markings I can see are on the bottom; appears to be a "wreath" design. Thanks!

The wreath mark may be a Nippon mark which is found on ceramics. Some of the wreaths had a N in the middles or the word Nippon but I believe some didn't have anything. My GUESS would be this was a Japanese bottle made for import to the USA. I am not sure of the date. The character resembles a comic strip character but can't remember the name, if I find it I will post another reply for you.
