Fields are planted had to switch to grass tonight

I have been hunting the fields of Indiana all year. Crops are pretty much in the fields now. Had to try grass hunting tonight. I got into an old yard that I have had my eye on for a long time. They are tearing the house down so I wanted to hit it before it got too trashy. Two mercs were in the same hole. 1920 and 1917. The ring is one of my favorite recent finds. It is very pretty, heavy, and marked copper. Got a painful lesson about yards though. The second hole I dug, put my hand down and cut my little finger. Nasty piece of glass along the side of the hole. Dug the gloves back out for the rest of the hunt. CZ was fun to use and got the job done.
