Fieldmaster 44 from AD1976

Well Den here again. Does anyone have any information on setting up a Fieldmaster 44 or where there might be a link to a manual for same?
I got this out after many years, it's immaculate still, but I need to know how to use it.
I would be grateful for anything, no matter how small. Thank you very much, all of you.

You can get instructions from Fieldmaster at
www.fieldmastermetaldetectors.co.uk
They still repair most of their original models.
There's test reports in 'Metal Detecting' November 1978 and 'Treasure Hunting' July 1978 if you can find someone with those issues. I've got almost the full sets of all the detecting magazines back to the pilot issues but guess what, can't find either of the above though I will carry on searching.

Also try posting on the this question Minelab Sovereign Elite/GT and Excalibur Forum and they might be able to help more than here ????

I hope not. Fieldmaster is one of the older British brands of detector and were selling machines before Minelab were even thought of.
