Field finds

I spotted a field in town that just got hayed and I jumped on it. I used to play ball in this field as a kid and it had some other uses. The first hit I got was the 1918 SL Quarter in good shape. The second hit I got was the 1918 Merc. I almost expected a same date Half dollar on the next hole, but that would have been s*** luck. Plenty of clad then the Eagle button, which I have to research. The 1400 DD was pulling up zincs from 10 - 11" with a clear tone. This coil is amazing in the fields. Hope you guys had a good weekend. Ron

Looks like you got the 1400 Hummin, it is a great coil...I agree. The button is Civil War and is a Union Staff Officers..Nice Find !! Look at all the gold on her, she'll clean up real pretty. Coins look good too. Nice Dig.
