Few rings on the waterfront this morning

Bucksport

Active member
I got out this morning before work for a quick hunt. The waterfront concerts beside my work have a nice stage with 30 feet of pea-gravel in front of it. I spent a little over 30 minutes there. One ring is silver. The other is copper. The charm has no markings. This was all found with my 5.75" coil on the Cibola in 30 minutes, so I have not even searched 10 percent of the area. I can tell that nobody has searched it yet. There are 3 concerts this weekend. Monday morning I plan on hitting this area again.
I hit a small ball field after work and scored a green wheatie and several beaver-tail tabs. Definetly loving this coil on the Cibola.

Congrats, on a good hunt with the cibola! Hank

Nice job Bucksport. It is always nice to find rings, especially when they are silver or gold. Nice haul on the clad. It is great when you find a site that continues to replenish itself. I would try also in the shallow water area with your Cibola. My dad will use his Cibola, just dunking the coil, standing on the bank and when he gets a signal, he sets down his Cibola and uses his vibraquatic, because it is waterproof to find the target. You could do the same with your vibraprobe. You never know what might be in the water. I made sure my vibraprobe was sealed tight and used it in the ocean a couple of years ago, still works the same. Just a thought, good luck hunting that area.

Congrats on the very good hunt! The silver ring is sweet! I like the copper one also! Nice clad count gor 30 minutes! Beale.
