My 1st post in a while. Been out hunting with GG a few times. Yesterday was great. Temp in the 70s, sun shining, good friend to dig with and found a few relics. Doesn't get any better than that. The large group is from our hunts below Petersburg Va in Dinwiddie Cty. Nice 3 ringers, few Sharps, Spencers, even a nice Enfield. 2 flat buttons, tompion end and a neat piece of flat brass that a soldier made into some sort of hook. The other picture is from our hunt in Hanover Cty Va. Pistol bullet, piece of harmonica reed, knapsack hook, nice eagle button and a couple pack rivets. Don't know what the big U shaped thing is. It's thin pieces of lead pressed together. Had a great time digging, hope you enjoy looking. Watch out for ticks, got 6 off me yesterday. Keep a digging!!!
