Finally got my silver fix started with a 1894 barber (it was about 9inches) and a 1943 Washington, not sure if that's a bell or candle snuffer any ideas?

Thats a great assortment of finds! Finding silver always caps the day off right.
Looks like a candle snuffer to me. Is there any indication of a ringer attachment up inside?

Nice snag on the Silver, I've yet to dig a barber this year.. what is that middle sized token, looks really cool.
