GLAD IT'S COMING DOWN. 90 TO 120 IS PERFECT. I HAD TO LEARN TO EAT ALL OVER AGAIN. AS ONE OF MY NEIGHBORS SAID " HE CAN'T EAT ANYTHING THAT IS WHITE OR TASTES GOOD ,, SPIT IT OUT IT'S NOT GOOD FOR YOU ". HA HA.... SOMETIMES I COULD KILL FOR A CANDY BAR..SO BROTHER I PRAY YOUR LIFE STYLE CHANGE WILL BE SMOOTH... LOVE YA BROTHER
