My trial of getting my house sold has been a Roller Coaster and many mountains to climb....still not sure it is sold, as I had to fill out a Disclosure, but no inspection is to be done, but an appraisal will be done which I'm not concerned about because in 2008 it was appraised to be in the $170,000 and that was before a new Hot Water Heater and some repairs were done, so just selling at $144,000 shouldn't be a problem with any Appraisal! Don't know about the disclosure, as I told the truth and will not lie for my agent or anyone else, for God is to Whom I must answer! Amen! :angel: Ma
