Beautiful Coin and what a thrill to find. Always persistance will prevail when you start finding older coins. I have been there underneath an old tree and found 2 1865 large pennies under the root of a tree. Had to cut the root with a saw tooth hunting knife to get them out. Great Finds !! Clay

David, It has been raining this weekend and I plan on hitting the circus grounds tomorrow with DFX or Silver Sabre. Did you see the picture of my Silver Sabre in the Post below ? We sure are enjoying our winter friends here. Will let you know which detector finds the goodies. Regards Clay
